If you are the highest bidder you will be transferred all the web files and the databases onto your own server for the JVBillboard platform and the blog. You will be given the user and password to the admin panels. Full backups of the existing ads and members will made and you retain all the ads and members and full ownership of everything. you can even resell the platform.
You will also be given the name and access point to the developers if you wish to contact them ever. Currently there is no work that needs to be done that I know of - this is fully operational and ready to go. If you want to customize it further they may charge fees for work that needs to be done but they provide free estimates and very fair pricing.?
