Again? Seriously? Yep..the Left NEVER gives up its fight against the rule of law.
A week after Judge Susan Bolton gave the go-ahead to Arizona to begin enforcing the central provision of the landmark immigration law S.B. 1070, ?a coalition of civil rights, religious and business groups have?filed an eight-page emergency motion for an injunction pending appeal? to try and block it. ?Bolton rejected claims from groups such as the ACLU that the law would result in ?racial profiling? against Hispanics, and is unlikely to grant this motion now. But it will delay the process yet again.
So once again, the?besieged?people of Arizona ? pummeled by waves of illegal invasion, and failed by a government which not only refuses to defend the border, but encourages illegal crossings ? must wait to enforce their law. Why? Because those ?civil rights? groups (translation: race-baiting Democrat front groups) and greedy business interests are terrified that once the law is enforced we will see a repeat of what happened after Gov. Jan Brewer first signed the law in April 2010 ? when more than 100,000 illegal aliens fled the state.
And of course, the media always plays along, with nary a pretense of objectivity: In this story, CBS News dutifully uses La Raza?s ?show me your papers? propaganda name?for the 1070 provision in their story about this motion, which is intended to conjure up images of?Nazi Germany, suggesting that checking people?s IDs is akin to the Nazis checking ?papers? for Jews or political opponents to arrest or otherwise persecute.
But what if you are here in the U.S.?legally, as a Permanent Resident? Well, you get a ?green card? to prove it.?And what is the?Federal?law for green card holders regarding carrying the ID? It is written right on Form I-797, which all holders receive:
Hmm?what does that say? Let?s take a closer look?
Wow, those evil Nazis at Homeland Security force green card holders carry their ?papers? at ?all times?!? How outrageous! where is CBS News to decry?this Fascist mandate?
And those are?LEGAL?immigrants.?ILLEGAL?aliens typically have?NO?official ID, unless it was forged or stolen from a legal American (or they have a driver?s license from UT, NM or WA).
So now we will see yet another march up the judicial chain to the 7th Circus Kangaroo Court of Appeals to try and stop S.B. 1070 yet again. But based on Judge Bolton?s prior order, they can forget her blocking it now. 1070 will go into effect, and will show the nation what effective enforcement of immigration laws can do: to decrease crime, relieve the crushing burden of illegals on schools, hospitals and social services across the state, as it has already done.
